Seperated waiting rooms

Our ambulatorium provides separated waiting rooms for sick and healthy children.

We try our best to separate them, by arranging different appointments.

Payment

We accept all payments in cash or by debit card.

  • Care exemption confirmation € 7,-
  • School and Nursery confirmation € 10,-
  • Travel cancellation confirmation € 10,-
  • Duplicate vaccination certificate € 20,-
  • Sport certificate including pulmonary diagnostics, ECG, blood and urine samples € 50,-

Check list

We ask you to bring your child’s e-Card and a valid photo ID on your first visit. In the case of a newborn baby, your health insurance company will issue a temporary replacement document. If you have not yet received your E-Card or have forgotten it, you will be asked to pay a deposit of €70.

Please do remember to bring your e-Card or your proof of insurance to each visit, together with your mother-child pass (Mutter-Kind-Pass), vaccination certificate (Impfpass) and any other important information concerning your case (such as x-rays, laboratory results or other hospital medical reports or certificates).

Tuesday: 9 – 18 Uhr
Wednesday: 8 – 18 Uhr
Thursday: 9 – 18 Uhr
Friday: 8 – 18 Uhr
Saturday: 9 – 13 Uhr
Sunday: 10 – 15 Uhr
Bank Holidays: 9 – 13 Uhr

Appointment Cancellation

If you have to cancel your appointment for any reason, please let us know as soon as possible or at latest on the day of the planned appointment as soon as we open, either by phone or email. In case you don’t cancel the scheduled appointment, we reserve the right to charge a €50 reimbursement fee.

TeleMED

If you have for example questions about a medicine contact us via Telemed. You make an appointment for a consultation and receive a callback from a doctor. This new service is only available for existing patients. This is for patient safety. First-time patients cannot be served via TeleMed.

We are available everyday during the listed openings hours – should you require acute medical care while our ambulatorium is closed please visit an emergency ambulance in a hospital.
